The Plan:
Not far from Milan and just outside of Bergamo, we'll open the doors to a private home where there's a special kitchen - the kingdom of Laura, also known as Rossa Imperfetta. Here, Laura will teach you how to prepare casoncelli, typical ravioli only found in this northern area, following a traditional recipe. We will welcome you with an aperitif before getting started!

Known as Rossa Imperfetta, Laura has always loved cooking and dedicating her time to do it. She deepened her passion through the courses of the Alta Scuola di Cucina Cordon Bleu, Da Vittorio pastry classes and natural cooking with the biologist Dr. Giuliana Gargano at the IRCCS foundation. Every day she likes to experiment and create new combinations, which come from the Mediterranean cuisine mixed with all those she has tasted, such as the Turkish or oriental cuisine.
