The Maptique will bring you to Sicily, the enchanted island with hundreds of perfumes and sapori. Staying in one of the 5 tents at Iutafarm, the first luxury, eco friendly and design glamping, you will enjoy the nature.

Your yoga and mindfulness teacher will lead you on a mindful journey through yoga and meditation. You'll connect to your body and mind while experiencing the Sicilian territory through local food and relaxing by the pool. Nearby, you can plan a visit to the famous baroque town of Noto or adventure all the way to Ortigia. The experience includes activities, breakfast, 2 dinners and 1 lunch.

Your yoga and meditation teacher and life coach, will guide you on a journey of self discovery and self awareness using the principles and techniques of traditional hatha yoga, one of the most ancient systems from indian philosophy that helps us awake our soul and see the truth about our selves. She will facilitate our process toward self discovery with 3 complete practices - asana, pranayama and meditation - showing us a full spectrum of what practice is about and how to approach meditation from a beginner level to an advanced one. You will leave the week end with a new perspective on practice and about life and your self and you will be provided with tools that hopefully will stay with you over the rest of your life.
