Founded in 1989 after the original space (a meat slaughterhouse) was restructured into a cozy tavern, Hosteria Giusti offers just four tables and a carefully selected menu of top-quality, traditional Emilian dishes. You'll find the retro-style rooms of the Hosteria at the rear of an elegant delicatessen located in the center of Modena. The menu is seasonal and prefixed. A must try? The soup fritters and of course, the tortellini in broth.
