Opened in January 2019 near the fancy Corso Vercelli, Insieme Restaurant is a promising new entry within the hectic Milanese food scene: started by the very young – yet very talented – chef Alessandro Garlando and his girlfriend Federica Caretta, Insieme Restaurant is the story of an ambitious dream come true. Pastel colored walls and minimalistic interiors act as a sophisticated background for a very well staged experience made of high quality cuisine and impeccable service. The à la carte menu combines Mediterranean classics to international flavors and consists of 12/14 dishes that change often according to seasonality. The slow-cooked egg with Parmesan cheese, creamy douxelle and truffle is an absolute must-try, as well as the chocolate Nemesis cake with berries and red fruits.
