Restaurant in Milan

Nebbia

It’s usually hard to see through the fog, but Nebbia manages to stand out pretty well: since it opened in November 2018, this minimalistic tavern-style restaurant has been on everyone’s lips; and it’s probably meant to stay there because it tastes really good: high quality ingredients for a cuisine that focuses on freshness and authenticity, celebrating the evergreen Italian classics with a twist. Make sure you reserve a spot, then head for an evening stroll by the nearby canals and come back to share some very Italian tapas-style nibbles. Leave space for a comforting plate of cedar-scented homemade tagliatelle with lamb ragout, ideally followed by coffee semifreddo with almond and pistachio.
