They say the best dumplings in town are the ones created in collaboration between a young Chinese economics student and one of the city’s heritage DOC butchers, belonging to Walter Sartori next door. This hole-in-the-wall Chinese takeaway place has taken Milan by storm, and sells a series of dumplings inspired by the student’s grandmother’s original recipe, which are stuffed with just three fillings: beef and leek, pork and cabbage or rough-chopped vegetables. Definitely the perfect choice if you want to wow your guests during at-home celebrations, or simply indulge in some delicious Chinese classics.
